Plan Types

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You will be charged on the same calendar day each month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. No credit card is required to start. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using SoloPage. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems based on your prompts becomes your intellectual property. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.

Prohibited Content

You may not use our Service to create or host content that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOPAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to SoloPage in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoloPage from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
